Yōko Kamikawa, new WIP Ambassador for Japan

The Women in Parliaments Global Forum (WIP) is delighted to announce that the Honourable Yōko Kamikawa, Member of Parliament, Japan, will serve as a WIP Ambassador for her country. Honourble Kamikawa was first elected in the year 2000, and since has served as the Minister of State for Gender Equality and Social Affairs (2007), Minister of Public Records Management and National Archives (2008), State Secretary for Internal Affairs and Communications (2013) and Minister of Justice (2014 – 2015)
