The session aims to formally introduce the FemAI Initiative as a transformative platform designed to advance gender inclusion within the rapidly evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) ecosystem. It will begin by building a foundational understanding of what AI is, covering its core concepts, emerging technologies, and its real-world applications across sectors with special focus on policy application for political actors and strategic advocates. This foundational layer is particularly important to ensure that participants, especially women in public leadership and political spaces, are well-equipped to engage meaningfully with AI discourse and innovation.
