Women Political Leaders (WPL) will host its annual high-level reception on the occasion of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 80), in partnership with Salesforce. This year’s gathering takes place under the theme “Future Positive”, a forward-looking frame that embraces purpose-driven leadership, ethical governance, and resilient societies.
As world leaders assemble in New York to engage in diplomacy and define global priorities, WPL convenes its network of distinguished political leaders, partners, and allies to celebrate progress in public leadership and share insights on how to navigate uncertainty with clarity and conviction.
This convening continues the tradition launched during WPL’s 10th Anniversary in 2023, when this reception at the Salesforce Tower became an annual anchor of WPL’s UNGA presence. In 2025, it signals a confident shift: toward shaping a future built on public trust, human-centred leadership, and the power of those who lead with purpose.
