
Katja Palaszewski
Project management Intern
Katja Palaszewski is a recent graduate of the Master of Advanced International Studies at the Diplomatic Academy Vienna and will begin a Master of Laws in International and European Law at KU Leuven in September. She also holds a degree in Japanese Studies from the University of Vienna, which included an academic year at Hosei University in Tokyo. She has experience in international relations and diplomacy through internships at the Austrian Embassy in Tokyo and the Greek Embassy in Vienna, as well as advocacy work on the global nuclear disarmament regime.
Her research interests include the intersection of gender, politics and peacebuilding, particularly in Northeast and Southeast Asia, as well as the EU’s foreign and security policy. She is fluent in English and German and proficient in French and Japanese.
She is currently a Project management Intern at Women Political Leaders (WPL).
