Irma Luz Herrera Rodriguez is member of the House of Representatives of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, and Vicepresident of the Legal Commission for Women’s Equity of the same Congress, where she has led proposals and discussions about improving economic conditions, promoting STEAM careers and job stability for women.
She is also member of the Economic Commission of the House of Representatives (Fouth), the Entrepreneurship Commission, the 18 by Bogotá Commission, and the Bicycle Commission.
She is economist from the Santo Tomas University; Specialist in Government, management and public affairs and nowdays is student of Master’s Degree in Public Management from Andes University.
She has working more than 20 years in political and social activities in the MIRA Political Party, where she has served as Vice President since 2015.
