The WIP Study Trip to Iceland is over. After very inspiring and fruitful discussions in the Alþingi and informative Field Visits, the Study Trip ended with a touching Award Ceremony for Vigdís Finnbogadóttir, former President of Iceland and the first elected female Head of State in the world, receiving the “WIP Award for Lifetime Achievements in Female Political Empowerment”.
