Women Parliamentarians sharing their voices at the OECD Global Parliamentary Network Meeting 2020

Women Political Leaders (WPL) is ensuring women lawmakers and politicians share their unique experience to the very tables where discussions around the future of society take place!

In keeping with long-term cooperative efforts between WPL and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), WPL is partnering with OECD on the occasion of the Global Network Meeting, taking place digitally on 1 -2 October 2020

In fighting COVID-19, this year’s meeting is more crucial than ever, focusing on the OECD’s key operational areas and its contributions to the fight against the pandemic. Among the topics to be addressed:

  • How to build a resilient and inclusive recovery
  • What is meant today by a ‘strong health system’
  • Learning from international education responses to the crisis
  • Business and financial outlooks

More details about the program are available on the OECD website.

If you have any questions or suggestions for topics you would like to be discussed in upcoming meetings, please send an email to [email protected].
